Summer Camp 2017

**NOTE- after reading all of the information below, IF you have any additional questions, please call the Recreation Office at 771-3311. 
The office is open Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have** 

The Early Bird Registration Rate ended Friday, April 7th 

Camp Locations:

Camp Galaxy Junior (1st-3rd grade)- Anne Hutchinson School

Camp Galaxy Senior (4th-6th grade)- EMS/EHS Campus

Camp Quest (7th-9th grade)-
Session A is full, there are still spots in Session B


Camp Rainbow (4 yrs old- 3rd grade)- Tuckahoe MS/HS Campus

Teen Scene

**Spring 2017 Information is now available below**

Teen Scene is a program for residents in 7th-9th grade to come hang out with their friends in a safe and chaperoned environment. Game Nights, trips and pool parties at Lake Isle in the summer are just a few of the fun things teens can participate in when they join. Please see below for registration information, calendars and details. **Grand Prix Trip is FULL**

**Registration for Spring 2017 Trips will begin in the Recreation Office on Friday, March 10th at 8:30am- Please note each trip has a 40 participant maximum and the trips are filled on a first come first served basis**

Mother/Child Playgroup

SPRING 2017 PROGRAM INFORMATION IS NOW AVAILABLE!

Tennis Lessons at Leewood Tennis Courts

Tennis is back for Spring 2017. Small group lessons are available through the Eastchester Recreation Department on Saturdays starting April 22nd. Click below for dates, registration form and additional information. Please note all Tennis lessons are now full.

US Sports Institute         Sports Classes for 2 to 5 year olds

The Town of Eastchester and the US Sports Institute have many classes for 2 to 5 year olds to learn soccer or a variety of sports. These programs are for all abilities, boys & girls, fun games and activities. Click below for additional information. Please use the General Recreation Form below for Registration. Bronxville Sports and Science Summer Camps

The mission of the Bronxville Sports and Science Camp is to provide children with the experience in a variety of sports, enrich them in the field of science exploration, and empower them with decision-making skills. Blending the disciplines found in sports and academics with this life lesson theme provides children with a camp experience that will be both valuable and memorable.

Eastchester Youth Council

The Eastchester Youth Council (EYC) Summer Theatre will perform its 33 year Anniversary Show "Avenue Q"- School Edition on August 4th and 5th at Tuckahoe High School. Students ages 13 to College graduation who are residents of Eastchester, Tuckahoe and Bronxville are invited to join the cast, tech crew and orchestra tuition free. Auditions and sign-ups TBA. The
Community Fund

The Community Fund is a non-profit corporation founded in 1919 to enhance the quality of life for, and provide assistance to, all residents living in the Bronxville 10708, Eastchester and Tuckahoe areas (the "BET community"). The Community Fund monitors the BET community to determine which services are most needed and provides grant funding and administrative support to the social service agencies and community programs that meet these various essential needs.

Policy Statement
The Town of Eastchester does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, age or disability in employment or provision of services. 

Refunds
Generally, refunds are granted only if a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any program and issue the appropraite refunds whenever it is considered in the best interest of the Department. Registrants assume full responsibility for any changes in their personal life, which may affect their ability to participate. In rare cases, a participant may encounter an unforeseeable, and unavoidable situation that they feel may warrant a refund of fees paid. These situations will be reviewedon an individual basisby the Superintendent, who will make a refund determination. A $25.00 processing fee will be retained by the Town in all cases that refunds, partial refunds, or program transfers are granted. Camp refunds require a $100.00 processiong fee. For all refunds, proof of payment and a written request stating the reason for the refund are required. 

Insurance
The Town of Eastchester does not provide accident insurance for any of its programs. All persons participate at their own risk and should make certain they have their own insurance. 

Photos
The Town of Eastchester reserves the right to use program or event photographs in Recreation Materials.
