Office of the Chief of Police - Chief  Joseph Rodriguez 

Chief Rodriguez is a graduate of Eastchester High School. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Iona College. He  joined the Eastchester Police Department in 2002, was promoted to Sergeant in 2009, to Lieutenant in 2018, to Executive Officer in 2020, and in 2022 he was promoted to Chief of the Eastchester Police Department. He had previously served as a K-9 handler as well as a member of the Department's Emergency Response Unit. 

He is a member of the following organizations:

- Law Enforcement Executive Development Association
- Pipes and Drums of the Police Emerald Society of Westchester County
