Lt. Lisa Graf is the Commander of the Staff Services Division. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Concordia College as well as a Paralegal Certificate in New York State.
The Staff Services Division is responsible for parking and traffic issues throughout the Town of Eastchester, as well as parking meter and sign maintenance. The Staff Services Division handles report requests and distribution, evidence management, and is in charge of our civilian Parking Enforcement Officers and Crossing Guards. Lieutenant Graf is also a certified Crisis Negotiator.
