CONFERENCE WITH THE TOWN ATTORNEY
ARE BEING ADJOURNED AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY MAIL OF YOUR NEW
TENTATIVE CONFERENCE DATE.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC MATTERS ARE AVAILABLE FOR
THIS GIVES YOU THE ABILITY TO POTENTIALLY RESOLVING YOUR MATTER
WITHOUT APPEARING IN PERSON.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE COURT WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERING TO ALL MANDATED SAFETY GUIDELINES. THE COURT WILL REQUIRE ANYONE ENTERING THE BUILDING TO WEAR A FACE MASK AND MAINTAIN ADEQUATE SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE BUILDING. UPON ENTERING THE BUILDING YOUR TEMPERATURE WILL BE TAKEN AND YOU WILL BE ASKED THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS RELATING TO WHETHER, WITHIN THE LAST 14 DAYS YOU:
1. HAD FEVER, COUGH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH OR ANY FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS;
2. HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 (OR BEEN IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH ANYONE DIAGNOSED WITH COVID-19): OR
3. HAVE RETURNED FROM TRAVEL ABROAD OR TO OR FROM A STATE COVERED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER 205.

Welcome to the Eastchester Town Court web page. Here you will find answers to many frequently asked questions (FAQ) by utilizing the tabs to the left of the screen. Theter you will also be directed to links to other sites with additional information to assist you.
The Eastchester Town Court sessions are held in the courtroom at the Municipal Building at 40 Mill Road, Eastchester. Every Tuesday court is in session for traffic matters. Wednesday sessions are for violations of Town Ordinances, Summary Proceedings (Landlord / Tenant) and Criminal matters. Court sessions start at 9:00AM. Small Claims matters are heard on the third (3rd) Thursday of every month in the evening at 6:00 pm. No traffic matters are heard on night court calendars. Parking matters are scheduled by the Court for Tuesday at 9:00 am or the third Thursday of the month at 6:00pm. The clerk’s office and cashier window is open Monday through Friday, except Holidays, from 8:30 am through 4:30 pm.
